A calmer place for your people.
Small World is a small, private social app for a family or a circle of close friends — photos, messages, and a place to say something to everyone at once.
There are no ads and no algorithm. Built with unusual care for clarity — easy for anyone to use, without leaving anything out.
What it’s like
- Your posts Full rights to everything you post.
- Your feed Chronological order, no algorithm.
- Your people A private space for only those you invite.
Your own server
Each family gets a small server of its own, with its own address, for example:
It’s built on the same open standard as Mastodon, so your family isn’t sealed inside Small World — you can follow people elsewhere, and take your account with you if you ever leave.
What it costs
A family’s server costs about $5 a month, paid to the company that keeps it running — not to us.
You aren’t the product, because someone is already paying for the room.
Small World is small on purpose, and invite‑only while it’s young.
